Family Vacation 2023

We have stayed at sandpiper cove multiple times and have really enjoyed it but this time our visit was not so great. The unit that we stayed at had construction going on in the patio so we never got to use it. No one let us know beforehand or we would have not rented this unit. The patio is one of the most important parts of our rental option. It’s where we have most of our family time when we are not at the beach. We contacted property management and they said they couldn’t move us to another location. I emailed them and they responded four days later. The last two days of our rental the workers got there at 8 AM and made a lot of noise. I understand some stuff just has to be done but please don’t rent out a condo that is undergoing construction. The location of the unit was great and the unit was clean. The inside of the unit looked very nice and up-to-date. There were some pet hairs on the sofa when it is supposed to be a no pet unit. The beach and the pool were amazing! I would still recommend Sandpiper Cove but I think management should alert travelers about and changes to their unit. - Anonymous, Garland, TX
