Grills are not allowed on the balcony or patios. We do have charcoal grills that are provided for your use throughout the property.
All our condo are non-smoking. You may smoke outside the condo, but please do not leave any litter behind.
The swimming pool hours are 8:00am to 10:00pm. Please shower before entering swimming pools. Use at your own risk.
Yes, only condos with underneath parking, otherwise trailers will need to be parked off-site. Watercraft trailers need to be per-registered prior to arrival. Insurance and registration is mandatory. Please see Docking Reservations for additional location information.
Glass containers are prohibited from the beach as well as the swimming pools on the property.

Check-in starts at 3:00pm and guaranteed by 5:00pm.

Check-out is at 10:00am, any time after this will incur a $25/hour fee.

All Sandpiper Cove rental condos are equipped with complimentary wireless internet. The user name and password should be located on the refrigerator, and or the modem itself. If you need the username and password, or have any questions, please contact the rental office.

Sandpiper Cove is a pet friendly resort in select condominiums.

There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee, and a 2-pet (cats and dogs) limit per unit. Pets must not exceed 30 pounds.

Your pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit. Please do not leave your pet unattended on the patios or balconies. Dispose of all waste in the appropriate containers on the property. Pets are not allowed on the beach or any of the pools.

Please bring proof of shot and vaccine documentation as this is required be checking in.

No, unfortunately we do not rent golf carts. There are several companies in the area that do rent them and offer free pick up and delivery.

Yes, but only in designated areas. Off the dock behind the Louisiana Lagniappe and at the mouth of the canal. (Florida fishing license is required).
Due to lack of space, tents are not permitted. You may have children’s small personal tents or a small umbrella/tent that is no larger than 8 feet in diameter.
Check out is at 10:00am, you do not have to come by the office. You will be sent a link on your phone the day of your check out and all you must do is click that link and it will notify the office that you are checking out. Or you may notify the office directly to let them know that you have checked out and departed the condo.
Yes, we have two heated pools that are heated in the winter months.
If you arrive after office hours, the gate house will have the code for you to access your condo and a temporary car pass. Be sure to come to the rental office the next morning to finish the check in process. The check-in process will consist of signing paperwork, paying any remaining balance, and getting a car pass that will be valid for your entire stay.
All condos have fully equipped kitchens with everything that you will need for basic cooking. We also provide all the linens, bath and kitchen towels. We have a free daily linen exchange that you may take advantage of. You may exchange your bath and kitchen towels, receive extra toilet paper, bath soap, garbage bags and dishwasher detergent.

We suggest that you bring a hair dryer, oversized beach towels, liquid dish soap, paper towels and desired condiments. We provide all of the items list in the “what does my condo include” section.
Only select condos include complimentary beach services. Ask our friendly vacation planners for more information. They are available for rent through Sunset Beach Rentals directly. You may see the attendants at beach underneath the red umbrellas or by calling 850-585-1577.
All condos are allowed two cars. Three-bedroom condos may be allowed additional more parking. Check with the office for approval.
