A week at 4109
We have stayed and SPC many times and this condo was at a great location, back up to the channel, which was nice to have your morning coffee and checkout the view. Condo was clean, and well cared for and had beach services which is a priority for us. My only complaints would be that there are NO beach towels., only one trash bag provided and we were schd for a week, and NO cooking spices (even salt & pepper) which any who knows that when you rent a condo and cook it is nice to have a few cooking amenities so you don’t have to purchase for just the one week stay and the trash when you leave. Lovely home
This is a beautiful, spacious condo overlooking the canal. It is well appointed with kitchen items and modern appliances, and was spotless upon arrival. Other than toilet paper, no other paper products were supplied. The wifi is strong and there's a nice selection of DVDs, books, magazines, and board games. It is a .4 mile walk to the private beach but you can also park your car at that side of the complex. Our only dissatisfactions are not the owner's fault in that you have to drive past the Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant that is onsite and around dinner time the valet parking traffic backs up so you have to sit in traffic to get 'home'. The other is that you can hear all the movements of the upstairs occupants' footsteps and during our stay there were children who were up very early (6am) running around which was problematic for us as we are light sleepers.
