Beautiful updated spacious villa with an easy walk to the beach!
We were extremely happy with the interior cleanliness, amount of space, location & well stocked kitchen...(Although a roll of paper towels to get started would have been appreciated)...Lots of pans & utensils!! However, toaster wasn’t working. There were 2 hair dryers...one in each bathroom. Office was directly across the street & staff was very helpful. The linen exchange window, as well as a trash dumpster were by the office so that was very handy. You “do” have a flight of stairs to climb of course. Has a nice covered patio...we kept the ceiling fan running to circulate the air some. Note; You are surrounded on three sides by other neighbor’s patios. We used the small deck off living room in the morning shade but later it was too hot. The carport was a huge plus!! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all & the “included beach chairs & umbrella” were an added bonus... guys at the beach have them set up...get there early to avoid any line;-). The beach bar/restaurant actually had good food & frozen drinks!! Big grocery store “very” close to resort! And don’t miss the on-site Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant...short walk from this unit. Pools were very nice but not much shade...we didn’t use the golf course but watched others;-) I read other reviews that had issue with the lack off window shades in upstairs bedroom (didn’t bother us as we get up early) & some complained of it being warm...we found it to be very cool. We never touched the A/C unit upstairs & it kept up fine! Generally very happy with the unit, but might change it up next visit & stay someplace different...with that said, I would still highly recommend #26!!! Our internet did not work for several days, though we contacted the front office and some of our family needed to have access. I had to purchase toilet paper, because we ran out. Other than these two issues, we loved the location and the condo was great. - Anonymous, ElDorado, Kansas

Paradise!
Our vaca rental was very beautiful and spacious. My entire family loved it and was very comfortable. The calming colors and natural light made the entire stay amazing! Everything from furnishings to the patio downstairs! Excellent!
My only suggestion would be to put blinds or window coverings in the master bedroom - for those that like to sleep in occasionally �� - Anonymous, Denham Springs, Louisiana

Perfect Trip
Sandpiper Cove was centrally located for our stay. The private beach was perfect and within walking distance. You can make the very short drive (200-300 yards) and park as well. Condo was equipped with anything needed and very clean. Do know the upstairs bedroom will get hot as the central AC is not ducted to it. There is a small wall ac unit that take a lot of time to get cool so you must run the ceiling fan on high at all times up there.
