When it comes to planning your spring break vacation in Destin, look no further than Sandpiper Cove’s family-friendly resort. Our amenities include 1,100 feet of private beaches, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, tennis courts, and so much more.
Our resort is located in the heart of Destin, just a short drive from shopping centers (Destin Commons or Sandestin Premium Outlet), restaurants (on-site Louisiana Lagniappe, Crab Trap and Fudpucker’s), and attractions (Big Kahunas, The Track).
Packing: With the average temperatures in March and April varying from 68-75 degrees during the day and cooler at night, don’t forget to bring items that can be easily layered. Shorts and short-sleeved tops during the day are great, be sure to add a light sweaters or jacket to your suitcase for the early mornings or nights.
Shopping: Located just a few minutes from the Destin Commons, a shopping mall with all of the major brands you love, including Belk, Bass Pro Shops, H&M and Lush. There’s also a newly renovated play area for children! Silver Sands Premium Outlet is just west of Destin. Stores include New Balance, Nike, Disney, Kate Spade and more. Walmart and Target are also just minutes from our resort.
Beaches: Sunscreen and flip-flops are most common when it comes to packing for your beach vacation. Other great items include mesh bags, to avoid bringing excess beach sand home. Baby powder will help get sand off your arms and legs before returning to the condo. Add polarized sunglasses and a hat to help protect yourself from harmful UV rays.
You will feel right at home at Sandpiper Cove’s family-friendly resort! Book your vacation online or give one of our vacation planners a call.
