A top beach community property in Destin!

Professional, easy check-in sets the tone right from the start. Clean, well maintained property just as described. Landscaping could use a slight improvement even though Florida can be a hostile environment at times. The beach and water are beautiful and Rick's Sand Trap beach side Cafe and bar are 1st class. Perfect condo and great location!

Our condo was very clean and the location was perfect. I was originally concerned about having to cross a street to access the beach, but the street did not have too much traffic and there is a cross walk. The walk from our condo to the beach wasn’t far. I was concerned about that because I had a member in my group with knee issues, but the walk was reasonable for them. The staff was very friendly and had tons of information on the local area to share with me. There is a water taxi that will pick you up from the harbor area and bring you to anywhere on the harbor for a small fee per person. I loved this, because we didn’t have to deal with driving anywhere to go out to dinner. I had such a great time and can’t wait to go back! - Stacey R., LaPlace, LA
