We stay here just about every year now..

It’s a fantastic location, and perfect for my family of 4!! However, the floors were filthy. My children’s feet were completely black after 10 minutes of running around. Cleaning isn’t something anybody wants to do at the start of their vacation. Would’ve been 5 stars all the way around otherwise. - April D., Houma, LA

Best location in Destin

The condo is in the perfect location, nicely decorated and has everything we needed. I grew up going to sandpiper cove and my parents are owners and this unit is one of the best! Only caveat is the ice maker is very loud and leaks on the floor (we do use ice a lot) and the cleaners did a poor job on the floor (if they even cleaned it). Neither one worth calling in maintenance or housekeeping. I highly recommend staying here! - Jamie C., Louisville, KY

Spring Destin trip

The location of this unit is trementous. It's right on top of the beach and you can sit on the porch just like you are under a beach umbrella. Furnishings are top notch. The ice maker wasn't working but I think it was some setting and I didn't bother to ask maintenance to fix it. Parking is great and beach bar is next door. - Stan M.
