Absolute Gem Sandpiper Cove Unit 1013
This is our third time staying at Sandpiper Cove, we love unit 1013!! Exceptionally clean and if there is anything needed Sandpiper Management is very quick to assist. It's location is tucked away private, quiet and safe. The windows provide a light and airy feeling. People within the complex are so very friendly and welcoming. We appreciate that this unit is ground level and has a washer/dryer provided in the unit. Also, this unit has parking directly outside the front door, making it very handy to bring in groceries. Just absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed playing golf, bocce ball, and pickle ball all included with our stay. The pools are well maintained. The beach access is simple and an amazing spot for sunsets. Overall it was a nice unit but needs some updates. The living room and sliding glass doors needs blackout curtains. The sun came directly in, and you could not see the TV from the glare. I know you’re at the beach and not wanting to stay in much but it was storming so we had to stay in a lot. The tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced around the fan. With this being a pet friendly unit I think it should have a gate on the deck so your little babies can’t get off. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed staying there and also the swimming pool right outside the room was a plus �� - Janice W., Holly Springs, Miss

Condo very clean and equipped with basic necessities like dishes, pots and pans, W/D, etc. Pool right outside. Professional staff. Friendly neighbors.
-Unit is towards the back of the complex so we drove to the beach (because of toddler), but definitely within walking distance.
Close to water park (4 min drive). Restaurants very close.
