| Our family loves coming to Sandpiper Cove every Fall. The Beach is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. The 2 bedroom unit we stay in is very nice and feels homey. I also really like the private beach setting with chairs and umbrellas. Our kids love the sand and will build castles all day long. |

| We had a great time in our I nite stay at 9224 1 bedroom unit last 6/15/12,it was the extension of my 2 boys bday celebration in Florida. My 9 yo had a blast sleeping in a bunk bed.The beach is just across the site ,you can walk or drive.The people are friendly.The unit is well organized .It is a home away from home.We plan to come back next yr.The place is highly recommended.I believe that my extended family would love this unit./place. |

| We have been coming to Sandpiper for years as it is one of the better places where we can bring a boat and enjoy the beautiful waters in the area. Having free dockage is a real plus for me but the rest of the complex is also great. |

| I have been comming to Sandpiper cove since I was 2. Have not missed a year. I am comming down in June can't wait. Always friendly staff on hand. I feel safe enough that I even get out at night and walk the complex. It is the best place in the world. I love sandpiper cove and will not ever stay at another place!!!! I love the hot tubs and being able to play tennis on site. My boys love it also. I have now started the tradition with them. Thank you Sandpiper Cove!!! |

| Recently we were fortunate enough to have stayed in Sandpiper Cove. Our daughter Erin chose the Destin area to be married in. A private owner told my daughter Erin about the unit they stayed in and that the rest of the family would love the property. I immediately went online and booked unit 1033 for my husband, mother niece and myself. We were so impressed by the helpful staff while booking both units. Our experience at Sandpiper Cove was so wonderful everything is right I property. I enjoyed having a restaurant on site the Louisiana Lagniappe was very convenient and delicious. Again, we really want to thank all the friendly employees of Sandpiper Cove. Without them, I don't believe you would have a number of returning guests you have now. So on behalf of our family; please thank each and everyone of the employees for us! And just so you know we will be coming back we had a blast! |

| We spent 5 nights over spring break with our two children(ages 11 and 14). The complex is very neat and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the convenient beach access. The beach is very clean and beautiful. The golf course was fun. |

 We had been to Destin several times, but never stayed on the beach. We were referred to Sandpiper Cover by a friend that had stayed there before. We stayed four nights in unit 1133, a one bedroom right on the beach. We LOVED it! We stood on the deck in the mornings, drank our coffee and watched the waves roll in. Because we were so close to the water, we could run back to the condo and eat lunch or use the restroom, etc. When we needed to get out of the sun for a bit, we just walked the short distance to our "home on the beach." The staff at Sandpiper Cove was very nice and helpful. I called several times prior to our arrival --just to ask questions, confirm services, etc. They were always very pleasant. We paid for the "beach service," i.e. umbrella and two chairs for three days. Every morning the guys would put out the chairs/umbrellas and tag them. We always had a front row seat to the most beautiful beach on the Gulf and it was nice being able to get out of the direct sun. Prevented a bad sunburn, which others apparently opted to acquire. Worth the extra expense. We will be back. |

| Sandpiper Cove is the best place to stay in Destin! We loved it. My daughter really loved the sofa bed. She said it was very comfortable. We loved our short walk to the beach. We loved the clean and refreshing pools. The area was very clean and very well guarded by security staff. The location was close to everything we wanted to do in Destin. We will definitely come back to Sandpiper Cove in the future. |

| We just got back from a wonderful vacation at Sandpiper Cove and once again, we just did not want to leave. We saw no signs of oil and the white sand and blue-green water was as beautiful as ever. So we are so sorry for all of you who canceled your reservations to Destin because of the oil rumors. The media has definitely spoiled all the fun for everyone. I am glad that my family decided not to listen to them and keep our plans. Sandpiper Cove has the best location, the best pools, and the best beach access and views from our condo. We will definitely be back!! |

| I have stayed at Sandpiper Cove 3 times and have enjoyed every visit. My family is in love with Destin and there is no better place to stay than Sandpiper Cove! The private beach is awesome and we love that we can walk from our condo and be there in a matter of minutes.! |

| My husband and I spend the winter months away from home and we have been coming to Sandpiper for the last 10 years. I really enjoy all the activities for the snowbirds, there is golf tennis, horse shoes games and even dart competitions that are held in the Golf Pavilion. I always enjoy my time at Sandpiper Cove. I was very sad to leave, but I already made my reservation for next year and I am looking forward to coming back. |

| Sandpiper Cove is truly great ! My family comes twice a year. The complex has everything, including par three golf, lots of pools, beachfront to die for, and a friendly array of ducks. Unit 1025 is on the canal-marina and has direct views of the Destin Harbor. Inside features beach decor, hardwood floors, and an oversized deck....just walk out to the boats. Check this unit out ! |

| We stayed at a beachfront condo at Sandpiper Cove. This was our first trip to Florida. It was great!! White sand, clear green water, steps from the beach. I was wary of booking online, but it was just like the pictures. No, it was better! The kids LOVED it. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Florida. |
